So it looks like the heat wave in the Algarve has come to a wet and rainy end with a morning filled with heavy ranifal in Carvoeiro.
You can definatley feel the difference in the weather over the past couple of days and although it has been sunny for the majority of the time, when the sun gets stuck behind a cloud you are found reaching for a coat!
Today (Sunday) the weather looks like being a mixture of sunshine and showers, however the weather report below shows that it is predicted for the rain to clear up and blue skies to return tomorrow.
The temperatures are also back on the rise again after falling sharply at the end of the heat wave - time to the beach then!
